Scam Alert! I hired a company "Woods Handy Work" to install a mini split system. It was subcontracted to Nevin of Pierce Heating & Cooling. They did not complete the install, peed in my basement and unplugged an entire chest freezer of meat without plugging it back in, spoiling over 500 dollars of farm raised cow.... The system stopped working about a day after install and they did not come out to fix it but demanded full payment for an incomplete job. I now had to hire another company to fix all of their mistakes... So far they have found atleast two leaks in the system and said it seems that Pierce didn't have the tools to install the system properly. Both Nevin and Ben woods are not returning my phone calls and attempted to blame the problems on a problem with the system, which it is not...
